Can I knit it? Yes you can!

KNIT KNIT is a DIY knitting label. We are a combination of a curated yarn store, online shop, creative studio & workshop space, and we love to be creative, high-quality, sustainable, and cool.

KNIT KNIT Berlin was founded in 2012 by graphic designer Nina Schweisgut. A year later, Lisa Benischek joined, and another year after that, Linda Sykora.

Lisa and Linda learned the art of knitting from Nina, and as an unbeatable team, they continuously developed KNIT KNIT with great love and passion. In 2020, Lisa & Linda took over the shop and are now spreading the knitting spirit worldwide.

Lisa & Linda, two Viennese women who have known each other since kindergarten, are best friends and inseparable. Lisa originally comes from advertising, and Linda is an artist. They never thought they would work together. But: Knitting connects.

In our shop in Berlin Mitte, you'll find a colorful selection of natural yarns in the most beautiful qualities, knitting kits, and designs all about wool - we look forward to your visit!

Opening hours:
Tuesday-Friday: 2 PM - 7 PM, Saturday 12 PM - 4 PM

On December 22nd and 23rd, 2025, we will be open for you from 2 PM - 7 PM. 

Christmas holidays: The shop will be closed from December 24th, 2025, until January 1st, 2026, inclusive.
