The Olga Cardigan is knitted top-down in trendy stripes. First, it's knitted flat, then shoulder shaping is created using short rows. The shoulders are then knitted on a separate circular needle, and then the front and back pieces are joined on one needle and knitted down in one piece. The sleeves? Simple: pick up stitches around the armholes and knit them seamlessly. Finally, the edgings and rib cuffs at the neckline provide the finishing touch.
